You need to make the payment as shown on the payment instructions you got online at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-bz/niv plus the service fee of US$100. Guests of Maya Hill Lodge will get a 50% discount = US$50 as payback on their room fees and pay finally only a service fee of US$50.
After sending us the payment instructions (together with the FULL NAME of the applicant) and the payment we will go to Scotiabank in the Capital City Belmopan and make a cash payment together with 2 printouts of your payment instructions. One copy goes to the US Embassy directly from the bank and the second one we take back for you. We will send you a scan of the bank receipt the same day.
The US Embassy needs 24-48 hours for booking the payment. Then you are able to go to the next step at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-bz/niv and choose a date and time for your appointment.
